Exchange and return conditions at Caustica.

Exchange & return conditions

Exchanges and returns are possible within 14 days of placing the order — provided the item retains its original appearance, all tags and original packaging, and the order confirmation is available. Return shipping for items of proper quality is paid by the customer.

Not eligible for exchange or return

• items that have been worn or used;
• items that have been washed or dry-cleaned;
• items with tags or labels removed;
• items used for photo or video shoots;
• items without order confirmation;
• lingerie and swimwear;
• gift certificates.

Under Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (19 March 1994), underwear and swimwear (briefs, bras, swimsuits, pyjamas, nightgowns, etc.) are not subject to return or exchange. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

How to request an exchange or return

1. Message us on Telegram @causticaspace or Instagram @caustica.space.
2. State "Exchange / return for order #___" and briefly describe the reason.
3. Wait for confirmation from our team (usually within 24 hours).
4. Pack the item in its original packaging and make sure all tags and labels are in place.
5. Ship the parcel to the details we provide in reply.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect the item — to the bank card used for the original payment.
