Delivery & Payment

Everything about delivery within Ukraine and worldwide, plus the available payment methods.

Delivery within Ukraine

Orders are shipped with Nova Poshta — to a branch, parcel locker or by courier to your address.

Parcels are dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment is received. Delivery is paid by the recipient according to the carrier's rates. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to follow your parcel.

Self-pickup is also available at our showroom: 72 Sichovykh Striltsiv St, Kyiv (Tue–Sun, 12:00–20:00).

International delivery

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days depending on the country. The cost is calculated automatically at checkout. Any customs duties and taxes are paid by the recipient in accordance with the destination country's regulations.

Payment

• Online payment by Visa / Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
• For orders within Ukraine, cash on delivery is also available.

Orders are charged in Ukrainian hryvnia (₴) within Ukraine and in US dollars ($) or euro (€) for international orders.

Order processing

Orders are processed on business days. After a successful payment the order moves to processing and then to dispatch. If you need to change your contact details or delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible — before the order is shipped.
